To access support options in the app:
Open the menu using the hamburger icon (three lines)
Select Support
From the Support screen, you can:
Select Contact Support to report account or system issues
Select Submit Feedback to share observations related to app or system behavior
Open the Help Centre for additional support articles and guidance
