The information we are required to keep is limited and primarily administrative in nature, such as your name, address, and activity within your account.
We do not retain records of your bank or credit card login credentials, and we do not store transaction data beyond what is strictly necessary to provide our services. We retain only the information we are legally required to keep—and no more.
All handling of personal information is governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), which sets standards for how organizations collect, use, and safeguard personal data in Canada.
We do not sell or misuse your information. Protecting your privacy and the security of your data is a core responsibility of our product.
