You can change or reset your password directly from the Intelligent Investing app.
To reset your password:
Open the app and tap Log in.
On the login screen, select Forgot password?
Enter your phone number using digits only (no symbols or spaces).
Wait for a text message containing a one-time passcode (OTP).
Enter the OTP in the app when prompted.
Follow the instructions to create a new password.
Changed your phone number?
If your phone number has changed since you created your account, contact our Customer Success team so we can update it for you. Otherwise, you won’t be able to receive the SMS code.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Phone Number Not Recognized
Double-check that you are entering the correct phone number associated with your account. Ensure it is entered in digits only, without any symbols or spaces.
If you have recently updated your phone number or email on the account, make sure you are using the most current phone number.
If the app still indicates that your phone number is not on record, try deleting and reinstalling the app, then repeat the password reset steps.
Verification Code Not Received
Ensure your phone has a stable network connection.
Check for any delays in receiving text messages from the app.
If the code does not arrive after a few minutes, restart the app and try again.
Post-Reset Actions
After successfully resetting your password, you can log in to your account using the new password. If your app supports biometric login (e.g., Face ID or fingerprint recognition), you can re-enable this feature in the app’s settings for easier access in the future.
