You can change or reset your password directly from the Intelligent Investing app.
To reset your password:
On the app’s home screen, select Forgot password?
Enter the phone number linked to your Intelligent Investing account.
You’ll receive a one-time passcode (OTP) by SMS.
Enter the OTP to set a new password.
Changed your phone number?
If your phone number has changed since you created your account, contact our Customer Success team so we can update it for you. Otherwise, you won’t be able to receive the SMS code.
