To close your account, you must submit a closure request. Accounts are not closed automatically.
You can request account closure either through the Intelligent Investing app or by contacting support.
Option 1: Request closure in the app
Log in to the Intelligent Investing app.
Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner.
Select Account > Personal Information.
Tap Request account deletion and submit your request.
Option 2: Contact support
You can also request account closure by:
sending a message through the Help section in the app, or
emailing support@intelligentinvesting.ai from the email address linked to your account.
Important things to know
Your account is not closed immediately. It remains active until closure is reviewed and confirmed by our team.
Monthly subscription billing continues until account closure is completed and confirmed.
Unlinking your bank account, stopping contributions, deleting the app, or becoming inactive does not close your account.
If you submit a closure request during a weekend or holiday, consider pausing upcoming transfers to avoid new deposits while your request is being processed.- Once your account is closed, you will receive a confirmation that includes verification of closure, cancellation of subscriptions, and assurance of no future charges.- While payment information will be removed and subscriptions canceled, certain basic client records must be retained for regulatory compliance purposes.

Intelligent Investing retains certain basic client records, such as name, address, and account activity, to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. This ensures adherence to standard practices while protecting user data.
