We process withdrawals every weekday to ensure you can access your funds as quickly as possible.
Our daily cutoff time is 1:00 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday.
If you submit your withdrawal request before 1:00 p.m. ET, your funds will be deposited to your designated funding account the next business day.
Requests submitted after 1:00 p.m. ET will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that withdrawals are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Sending funds to a different account
If you’d like your withdrawal sent to a different bank account, you must either:
Update your funding account in the Intelligent Investing app before submitting your withdrawal request, or
Contact us before submitting your request and ask us to send the funds to another account.
If the new account is not already linked, we may be asked to provide proof that you are the owner of the new account (if that account isn’t already linked to the app).
