You can update your funding source in the IntelligentInvesting app. Some changes can be made directly in the app, while others require help from our support team.
Update a bank account within an existing connection
Use this option if you’re switching between accounts (for example, from chequing to savings) at the same financial institution.
Open the Intelligent Investing app and tap the menu icon in the top-right corner.
Select Account > Linked Accounts.
Tap Request change.
Choose the bank account you want to use for funding.
Connect a different bank
If you want to change to a different financial institution, contact support through the in-app chat. Our team will walk you through the required steps.
