Once your identity is verified, please include the updated information in your message so we can process your request as quickly as possible.
Important security note
Please do not send your Social Insurance Number (SIN) through chat or email.
If you need to update information related to your SIN, let us know and our team will arrange a secure phone call to collect it safely.
After your update
After your information has been updated, be sure to protect your login credentials and review your account activity regularly. If you’ve changed your email address or other login details, remember to use the new credentials the next time you sign in.
